Church of Christ, Ukiah
Growing God's kingdom one person at a time
Welcome Home
The Ukiah Church of Christ is an active community of faith made up of Christians who care for each other and want to serve God.
Every Sunday, men, women and children from various backgrounds come together to worship God, declare faith in His son, Jesus, and explore the Bible.
Our faith is not just practiced on Sundays. It is the foundation for every relationship and all the events of everyday life. We believe our faith should make a profound impact on our lives, including our relationships, jobs, resources, and decisions.
We view the Bible as the inspired Word of God, and we strive to follow the teachings and principles of the New Testament.

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."
Matthew 28:19-20
Some of Jesus' final words, after his resurrection and before ascending to heaven, were in the form of a commission to go into the world and make disciples. "Making Disciples" is our mission. We are called to be disciples of Jesus and to make disciples of Jesus. It is a mission that directs our lives as individuals, families, and as a congregation.
The Pillar
We view the Bible as the inspired Word of God. It is our sole authority in all matters of faith and practice.
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, crucified for our sins, resurrected on the third day, and now reigning at the right hand of the Father.
We believe salvation is by grace through faith, expressed in repentance, confession of Christ, and baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We seek to follow the New Testament pattern for the church — in worship, in organization, and in daily life as the body of Christ.
Our worship is simple and scriptural: singing, prayer, preaching of the Word, the Lord's Supper each first day of the week, and giving as we have been prospered.
We are a family of believers caring for one another, serving together, and growing in the likeness of Christ through fellowship and mutual encouragement.
Your First Visit
You'll be greeted by friendly faces who are genuinely glad to see you. Come as you are — there's no dress code.
We sing together without instruments, pray, study the Bible, share the Lord's Supper, and give. Simple. Scriptural. Sincere.
Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or have been a Christian for decades, there's a place here for you.
